Managing your appointments online is quick and easy with your Laser Clinics New Zealand account. You can book new appointments, reschedule existing ones, or cancel if your plans change all in just a few simple steps.

Step 1: Visit the Laser Clinics Website
Go to the Laser Clinics New Zealand website HERE

Step 2: Sign In to Your Account
Click SIGN IN at the top of the website and log in using your email address and password. If you do not yet have an account, you will need to create one before managing bookings.

Step 3: Book an Appointment
To make a booking, select BOOK NOW and choose your preferred clinic, treatment, date, and time. Once you confirm your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.

Step 4: Change an Existing Booking
If you need to reschedule, log in to your account and navigate to My Appointments. Select the appointment you wish to change and choose a new available date or time that suits you.

Step 5: Cancel a Booking
If you need to cancel your appointment, log in to your account, go to My Appointments, and select the appointment you would like to cancel. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation. ***If you are trying to cancel within the 24-48 hour period you will need to contact your clinic directly.
