If this is your first time using our newly upgraded website, you will need to ‘Sign Up’ your account using the same email as your in-clinic profile.  

If you are trying to use your old login details from our previous website (active before September 2025) these will not work. Additionally, the password reset will not trigger an email if you have not activated your account.
